INCLUDED SERVICES

 Three nutritious meals per day are provided to residents along with daily snacks.  We do cater to specific dietary needs or preferences. 

   Our house managers are trained to monitor resident medication.  They give residents daily reminders in addition to watching residents intake prescriptions. The manager also locks up controlled medications for extra precaution and safety.   

 Strong Wifi signal is available throughout the entire house for unlimited use by residents. Streaming, gaming, tablets and computers are all connectable.  Cable TV is provided through Direct TV and tons of free channels installed on our 55’ ROKU television.   

 The house manager will provide assistance to resident each week with laundry.  Sunday is laundry day for the house. Laundry is available during the week for residents that prefer alternative days.   

 Weekly exercise is essential to the healthy mind, body, spirit and soul.  Our founding principles include ensuring each resident is healthy through exercise.  Group exercise is scheduled weekly to encourage residents to keep moving and “LIVE MORE”. 

Residents are responsible for daily independent cleaning of personal space and any mess made in community areas.  Our house managers assist with daily cleaning to assure a sanitized environment, all residents can enjoy. 

 Each community features a live in manager.  This manager is available to residents 24 hours a day.  The community manager takes full pride in the overall operation of the home and residence well being.   

  Religion is encouraged in our homes.  Residents are free to practice any religion they believe.  Our communities do feature religious facilities within walking or short driving distances.  

 Annual staff training are provided to assure each community manager is equipped with resources to provide the best possible experience for each resident.  Our residents are our family and our home is their home.   

We thrive when our residents thrive.  Offering skills training workshops, healthy living,money management and more are just a few ways we assist.  Our residents are our family and their success during this time of  transition is very important to us.  The goal is to prepare residents for independent living in any way our team can.
